Job description

You support the operations manager in managing the restaurant
You ensure that all processes run smoothly
You monitor service quality and guest satisfaction
You handle guest complaints and take care of adequate solutions
You process the shift schedules and are responsible for working time management
You motivate and support the team in operational business
You coordinate the work processes between kitchen and service
You will settle the daily takings of the individual service staff
You support the planning, monitoring and implementation of events for up to 800 people
You ensure that everyone complies with the applicable safety and hygiene regulations
You train and coach the team

You speak German and English fluently
