You prepare our brewery specialties from the current menu
You are responsible for compliance with recipes and quality standards
You manage the post assigned to you (e.g. grill or hot kitchen)
You organize and coordinate the work processes in the kitchen
You monitor food quality and stock levels
You observe all applicable safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen
