Job description

  • You prepare our brewery specialties from the current menu
  • You are responsible for compliance with recipes and quality standards
  • You manage the post assigned to you (e.g. grill or hot kitchen)
  • You organize and coordinate the work processes in the kitchen
  • You monitor food quality and stock levels
  • You observe all applicable safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen
